The signature program of the Washington Chapter of HOPE worldwide is the TEAM-WORKS Academy. The TEAM-WORKS Academy builds Strong Minds, Strong Bodies and Strong Character in underserved youth. Founded by Mack and Zoe in 2002, the program is currently based in three American Indian and Alaskan Native communities (Tulalip, Muckleshoot and Anchorage) and offers an After-school  Academy during the school year and a 3-day Sports & Leadership Camp in the summer. The TEAM-WORKS Academy has made a powerful impact in the Northwest and over 2,000 students have participated in this life-changing program.

For the past eight years Mack and Zoe have also devoted their time as honorary event chairs  for Childhaven. Because of their outstanding commitment to enhancing the lives of children in our community, Mack and Zoe received the 2009 Mark Matthews Service to Children Award.
